“Wheelchairs of Hope" Summer Love Trip

7月18日，以色列科技文化沙龙将联合上海市华侨基金会共同组织策划"‘以’爱之名 感恩有你——‘希望轮椅暑期爱心行”公益活动，此次活动将在以色列科技文化沙龙设立不同类型的爱心义卖摊位，将自己制作的手工艺品、小摆件以及绘画作品等进行展卖，所得善款将捐助到上海市华侨基金会希望轮椅专项基金的公益项目中。On July 18th, the Israel Technology Culture Salon will cooperate with the SOCF to jointly organize and plan the "'Thank you for having you in the name of love -'Wheeschairs of Hope will be signed for love" charity event. This event will be held in Israel technology culture salon. The salon has set up different types of charity sales booths to display and sell its own handicrafts, small decorations and paintings. The proceeds will be donated to the public welfare project of the SOCF"Wheeschairs of Hope" Special Fund.“希望轮椅”（Wheelchairs of hope）是以色列一项颇具社会影响力的公益行动，通过为行动障碍儿童提供一种经济、轻便、耐用、易于组装且适合儿童身形的特殊轮椅，帮助行动障碍的孩子走出家门，融入社会，可以学习、成长，让他们不再因为残障而被世界隔绝。目前，“希望轮椅”已经让23个国家和地区的数万名行动障碍儿童受益。希望轮椅”是一项在以色列颇具社会影响力的公益行动，通过提供一种轻便、耐用、易于组装的儿童轮椅，帮助行动障碍的孩子走出家门，融入社会。目前，“希望轮椅”已经让23个国家和地区的数万名行动障碍儿童受益。2020年12月，以色列新任驻沪总领事爱德华先生访问中以（上海）创新园时，首次在中国提出“希望轮椅”行动倡议。在中以爱心企业、爱心人士的推动下，上海市华侨基金会发起成立“希望轮椅”专项基金，搭建起中以两国民间公益合作的桥梁，在更多中国行动障碍儿童的成长道路上播撒希望的种子。"Wheelchairs of Hope" is a socially influential public welfare activity in Israel. It helps children with mobility impairments by providing a special wheelchair that is economical, lightweight, durable, easy to assemble, and suitable for the body shape of children. Children go out of the house, integrate into the society, can learn and grow, so that they are no longer isolated from the world because of their disabilities. Currently, "Wheelchairs of Hope" has benefited tens of thousands of children with mobility impairments in 23 countries and regions. "Wheelchairs of Hope" is a socially influential public welfare action in Israel. By providing a lightweight, durable, and easy-to-assemble wheelchair for children, it helps children with mobility impairments to get out of the house and integrate into society. At present, "Wheelchairs of Hope" has allowed 23 Tens of thousands of children with mobility impairments in three countries and regions have benefited. In December 2020, when the new Israeli Consul General in Shanghai, Mr. Edward, visited the China-Israel Innovation Hub(Shanghai), he proposed the "Wheelchairs of Hope" initiative in China for the first time. In China-Israel Love Under the impetus of enterprises and caring people, the Shanghai Overseas Chinese Foundation initiated the establishment of the "Wheelchairs of Hope" special fund to build a bridge for non-governmental charity cooperation between China and Israel, and sow the seeds of hope on the growth of more children with mobility impairments in China.
